The Science Behind Infinite Consciousness – We Never Truly Die

There’s a book that’s making waves among metaphysical and scientific communities called Biocentrism: How Life And Consciousness Are The Keys To Understanding The True Nature Of The Universe. In it, a scientist the New York Times called the third most important in the world, Dr. Robert Lanza levels the claim that life doesn’t end when the body dies, but instead is completely eternal.

Lanza believes that it’s possible that intelligence actually existed before matter did, suggesting intelligence as a sort of pervasive, unending thing. He also makes the claim that space and time are not objects but tools of our understanding. Space and time are carried within us, meaning we exist outside of it.

So then if the body creates awareness, the awareness dies when the body does. That’s simple. But if consciousness is simply received by the body from outside of it, then it won’t really matter if the receiver dies, the signal is still there.

Lanza believes that it’s possible there are multiple universes in which consciousness can move. In one universe, the body is dead. In another, it’s alive. That means the universe in which the body is alive received the consciousness from the universe in which the body is dead. So we don’t go to haven or hell.

There are many different universes where the soul can move after death, at least according to the theory of neo-biocentrism. There is little evidence to prove these theories. Some point to near-death experiences as proof that consciousness does leave the body. But it’s hard to know for sure.
