Okay, you’re probably wondering right off how the heck it is that stars and planets make music because space is a vacuum and there’s no sound in space, right? Well, there’s no sound but sounds still exist in the form of electromagnetic vibrations that are detectable by instruments NASA has developed.

These sounds come from the electronic vibrations of planets, moons, rings, and basically every body you find in space.

When we look into space, we see a quiet, endless, crushing void of nothingness, but maybe it isn’t quite so quiet after all. Have a listen to the music of the planets and stars.
I didn’t realize the rings around Uranus sounded so delightful.
