Mom holds newborn for first time, baby refuses to let go

Many women have the dream of becoming a mother and taking care of their family.

When a woman become pregnant, it becomes the responsibility of the father to take care of her health, help her when she needs it and comfort her when she is ill.

Being pregnant can make women very sensitive, so people need to be patient with them through pregnancy. It isn’t easy to carry around a baby for 9 months!

We all know that the labor process is extremely painful, but seeing a baby for the first time after delivery is always something special to behold.

Brenda Coelho de Souza gave birth to her daughter on April 5th at the Santa Monica Hospital in Brazil. She needed to give birth via cesarean section.

In the the video below, you can witness the time she gets to see her daughter for their first skin to skin contact and what happened next will melt your heart!

When Brenda started to hold the baby for the first time, the baby latched on and wouldn’t let go. “It was an incredible moment when my daughter hugged me for the first time,” Brenda said.

The video immediately went viral all over social media and the internet was amazed at how her daughter immediately recognized her mother and kept holding on.
