Madeline Stuart decided at the age of 18 that she wanted to be a model. That story by itself isn’t at all unusual, but it becomes a bit more interesting when you find out that Maddy has Down Syndrome.
Maddy was frustrated by her extra weight, which held her back from being a model as well as other activities, like dancing and swimming, that she enjoys. With the help of her mom, she would love 44 pounds. With her new found confidence, she decided to try modeling. Check out her stunning transformation:
