Have you ever wondered how reflexology works? Reflexology is an alternative therapy that can be used for a variety of conditions. Practitioners are becoming more and more popular. Reflexology first made an appearance thousands of years ago during the time of the pharaohs and is still used to this day.
Reflexology typically involves the feet and hands. Today we’ll focus in on the hands. By applying pressure to various spots, you experience relief elsewhere in your body. Some believe that this pressure can make your organs healthier, but the jury is still largely out on that claim. More clinical research needs to be done on reflexology. The scientist in me wants to know why it works.
