When I was a kid, I asked an adult about Karma, and for once i got a great response. He explained life as a box and what you put into it was Karma. If you did something good, you put that in the box. If you did something bad or neutral, you put that in the box.
Periodically, you reach into the box to pull something random out, and the more good things you’ve done in your life, the more likely it is you pull something out.
Sometimes when we haven’t led very good lives, we find ourselves in a negative Karma loop of sorts. We keep pulling out bad things, putting in bad things, pulling out bad things, and we find ourselves in despair. How can we break that cycle of bad Karma?
