This affirmation of gratitude acknowledges that although you are thriving to make the most of your potential, you aren’t doing out of a void, or scarcity. You are not tying yourself so that your happiness depends on material possessions. You are learning to appreciate the little things that create the big picture.

You can add to this mantra by saying “I am not driven by possessions or the approval of others. I give as much as I take. All is well, right here, right now,” while still leaving room to be open to receiving more.

”I AM” mantras in general are really powerful because they put the focus back on you. They instil you with self love and confidence that give you tools to accomplish anything you set your mind to.

When you convince yourself that you are enough, you stop making excuses. You stop justifying why you haven’t done it yet and take control as you make plan of what you’re going to do to get whatever it is that you want.

This mantra mixed in with “all I need comes to me when I need it” is a way to practice trusting in divine timing. When we want something we tend to want it now, even if we wouldn’t know how to handle or keep it at that moment.

Just because you don’t have something yet, it doesn’t mean you never will. It simply means that you will when the time is right. Think of it like a journey where you pick lessons and tools along the way that put you in the best spot to receive it.

This is a great mantra for raising self awareness and mindfulness. When you’re looking in the mirror repeating mantras to yourself, it reminds you that you’re not just talking to yourself like a crazy person, but there is a purpose behind it.

You are reminding yourself that you’re in the driver seat of your own vehicle. That you have the power to chose not only the destination but the whole road leading up to it with the power of your own thoughts and words.

“My Heart Is Always Open”

A good way to use this mantra is to visualize it. Picture your heart literally radiating energy. Free yourself of doubt, and of asking over and over “but how.” You don’t need to worry about the “how,” the universe will take care of that. All you need to know is the “what.” What do you want? What are you willing to do to get it? What would you with it?

Think of it like you already have it. Keep your heart open and keep on radiating and you will.

“I Can Feel My Abundance Growing”

These kinds of mantras put you in a position of already feeling fulfilled. Abundance isn’t just monetary, you can have abundant relationships or an abundant spirit. By saying it like you already have it, you dismantle limiting beliefs that prevent you from genuinely feeling like either you deserve it, or if it’s even possible.

Plus it gives you a sense of appreciation for even the little wins. Rather than waiting for a show of big abundance, you note the small but increasing abundance as it comes.
