Andy Davidhazy, a photographer, decided to take on the challenge of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail at the Mexican-American border. When he departed, he was a soft city dweller. When he reached the Canadian-American border five months later, he had lost 50 pounds and looked like a completely different person. On his trek, he photographed himself at every mile he walked.
Pretty incredible, right? Hiking 2600 miles is already difficult enough, but photographing yourself 2600 times too? Yikes. Still, he saw some gorgeous places and it’s incredible to watch his transformation. Kinda gets me feeling like I should do it too.
